A little levity . . .
As part of FPG's standard of hosting we always ask our headliners if they have any medical issues we need to know about. Here is Murv's response:
"Dorothy Morrison is really old and needs help getting around. Kristin Madden can be kind of a pain too because she wants everything Dorothy gets. So, wheelchairs might be in order for those two. As for me, well, I'm all good."Guardians of the Community
The generous donations from the community along with monies collected from the silent auction, 50-50 raffle, kiddie carnival games, and any other fund raising ideas Zan and Nicole think up, go to replenishing medical supplies, continuing education classes, and books for the Guardians. This festival we will be purchasing radios with ear pieces. These purchases would not be possible if not for the historic and continuing generosity of our community. We owe much thanks to our community. We are honored to be a part of and serve our community. -Trauma, FPG Safety Manager
Don't forget to stop by the Fund Raising Booth on Vendor's Row to get your tickets for the 50/50 Raffle! Zan has a Top Secret Idea that the ticket buyers cannot resist! There are always additional fun activities, so come on by and see what Zan & Nicole have cooked up this time! All proceeds benefit the Guardian Fund.
FPG takes place at the beautiful Camp Ocala and is located on Sellers Lake in the Ocala National Forest conveniently close to Juniper Spring and Alexander Springs. Come on out and spend four incredible days with hundreds of your Pagan friends.
For those of you who have Google Earth, go to “Four-H Camp Ocala” for a nice aerial view of our beautiful new site.

Hello. I am new to the group and I can honestly say I thought the FPG was amazing. I have no complaints. I found the whole weekend completely invigorating, it was what I needed to ground myself again. It takes tremendous planning and a lot of work to put a festival like that together. I have been to other festivals in Massachusetts were I am from and they did not even come close to matching this one. So from me personally I thank you for a great weekend and creating a pagan Disney land, lol. I am counting down the days till Samhain.Twas the night before festival by Medea
Twas the night before festival and all through the site
The lugals and staff had bed down for the night
The landscape was littered with torches and tents,
It's a regular commune at these kind of events
When from outside the tent there arose such a clatter
I sprang from my bed to see what was the matter.
Away into the night to see what was wrong
I had to go back ‘cause I forgot my sarong!
I ran past Lake Sellers and through vendors row,
The Lady in the sky that night was hung low.
When what do my wondering eyes should appear
Midnight margaritas and lots of good cheer.
With Galan and Arachne, Lady Rea and Bast,
Boom Boom had Tequila and promised it would last.
The next morning I woke and started my day
with Matt and a bullhorn with so much to say!
"Get up damn it all it’s half past 8
Get registration up and open the gate."
At 2 pm the guests start to enter,
and guardians and headliners and the rest of the vendors.
At the end of the day we all change our clothes,
And gather at Fire Circle for the list of no-no's.
From the 4 quarters the elements came,
And the gods and goddesses when we called them by name.
Come Zeus and Hera and Freya and Lugh.
Come Pele and Pan and Amaterasu!
The Circle was cast to cover the park,
To protect us that weekend from dawn until dark.
The next day was workshops and shopping galore,
Drumming at fire circle and so much more!
With Guardians who are sexy and Avery's Dance
“Trauma get the back board, we can't take a chance!”
With the Cat and the Badger and Witchcrafters galore
The Vikings and Staff Camp and so many more.
Friday came and went and the next day too,
When Main Ritual came we knew what to do.
We put on our garb and got into line,
we were going behind the veil for a time.
The ritual was long and amazing to see,
I could feel the energy building around me.
Sunday arrived and everything was fine,
why are there feet in my tent that aren't mine?
Our stuff was packed up and the circle set free,
Hope you had fun, farewell and blessed be!
