Can't afford to attend FPG due to financial difficulties?

The Pagans of Distinction Scholarship Fund is proud to sponsor three individuals to attend FPG. Prior to requesting an award, please kindly review the following terms and conditions.

• 1. Anyone who is in financial need may request the award; however, please be advised that preference will be given to (1) older or disabled pagans on restricted incomes such as only receiving Social Security benefits without other sources of steady income, (2) single parents with financial need, and (3) pagans who have suffered a severe financial impact such as home foreclosure or excessive medical expenses.
• 2. In exchange for payment of entrance fees, PoD requests recipients of the award to perform a standard service unit at FPG. It is our belief that even in times of personal need, it is important to continue with service efforts toward the community.
• 3. Awards of entrance/admission fees are paid directly to FPG on behalf of the individual recipient. No funds will be submitted directed to any recipient of these awards. Fee Awards may not be "cashed in" or otherwise sold, transferred, or "switched" to another person. If a recipient is unable to attend the designated FPG event, all rights to the award of admission/entrance fee returns to Pagans of Distinction, who may at their sole discretion (1) give the award to another person (2) donate the funds of such award to FPG as a donation.
• 4. Pagans of Distinction hold no responsibility for the actions of individuals of the awards. Recipients agree to abide by the rules and regulations as set forth by FPG., including any determinations may by FPG or its administrators whether attendance will be permitted or restricted in accordance with those rules and restrictions. Recipients are also required to comply with and furnish any standard FPG waiver or other requirements as set forth by FPG or its administrators. We do ask that recipients do not dishonor the intent of the Fund with disruptive or inappropriate actions during the course of FPG.
• 5. Any request for assistance should be honorably made by those who are in need and would not otherwise be able to attend due to financial concerns. Anyone applying with dishonorable intent will be banned from future scholarship awards.
• 6. The Fund is not responsible for food, shelter, cabin fees, transportation, clothing, workshop fees, or otherwise. Further, Pagans of Distinction or its members are not responsible for the enjoyment, entertainment, or quality of its recipients' experience at FPG.

TO APPLY: Email a statement as to why you should be a recipient of the PoD award to meadmuse@hotmail.com. No financial affidavit or specific financial details are required. We expect any requests to be honorably made by those who truly are in need and would not otherwise be able to attend FPG without the award. In order to be considered, please remember to provide an email address or current phone number along with your request.

NOTIFICATION: PoD will purchase entrance fees prior to the first deadline for purchase as set forth by FPG. Determination of the recipients of the award will be made no later than two (2) weeks prior to such deadline. Recipients that do not respond within one week of notification may have their award forfeited and such award may be given to another individual at the sole discretion of PoD.
